There are a variety of shift patterns available depending on the role. The Port runs 24/7 and different shift patterns include 12 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, days & nights or typical office hours.
Yes. There are different internal & external Learning & Development opportunities within the business that will support and develop employees in their role. There are also opportunities within the business for promotions and change of career.
Yes. The most common Apprenticeship is the Engineering Apprenticeship which is a 4 year programme with the potential to progress within the business. More details can be found on the Early Careers & Opportunities tab on the website.
