Lidl
180,000 sq ft of warehousing in our Logistics Centre.
Lidl, one of the fastest growing grocery retailers in the UK, operates out of Phase One of the DP World London Gateway Logistics Centre.
Having taken occupation in the spring of 2017, it is distributing products from our sites to its South East network of UK stores.
Phase One of the Logistics Centre comprises 180,000 sq ft of warehousing. The building is a three-storey, multi-let facility which includes numerous office tenants.
Logistics Centre tenants include: City of London – Port Health, Confetti and Lace Limited, Britannia Bureau Limited, Westbound Shipping Services, Estuary Waste Management, Warwick Estates Property Management Limited, Boluda Towage London Limited, Arrk Europe Limited and John Good Shipping Limited.
