Steve Carroll is an IT professional with over 10 years of leadership experience in the field. He is passionate about building strong relationships with the business and has a track record of success in large transformation projects and building strong cultures within his team.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked with a diverse range of industries, prior to DP World as a Service Delivery Manager and Infrastructure Manager at Pacific National, Australia’s largest private freight rail company. He is particularly proud of transforming the IT group into a hi-vis team who clearly understand the business and their operations.
