Sales Project Manager

DP World is a leading global logistics company with more than 100,000 employees in some 75 countries. As a container terminal operator, DP World has been active in the port of Antwerp for many years. Recent acquisitions and investments have added various logistics activities to the Group's portfolio in Belgium. 

On a newly acquired concession in the port of Zeebrugge, DP World has started the development of a car terminal. To help lead the development and growth of this activity, we are looking for a Sales Project Manager.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Project Management, Logistics or a related field 
• Experience in a Finance, Commercial or Operations role within the ports or logistics industry is a plus 
• Fluency in Dutch and English 
• Proven experience with project management methodologies 
• Analytical mindset, preferably with knowledge of financial modelling, cost structures, and business development
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations to acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of operational processes and systems

How you will contribute

• Analyse customer requirements and develop structured, well-documented and detailed proposals together with the Commercial Manager
• Develop a deep understanding of operational processes to ensure proposals are aligned with operational capabilities
• Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure proposed solutions are cost-effective and profitable
• Use and optimise detailed pricing models, that factor in various financial, operational and commercial parameters
• Establish and coordinate project plans to implement proposed operational solutions in close collaboration with Operations
