Please find below the updated version of the Conditions of Entry in the Port.
Ships whose nomination process already included the previous revision model remain valid, all others must already enter the new model.
The change in this new revision, which is highlighted in yellow for better visualization, and is identified with point no. 6, referring to the obligation of both the Ship Commanders and their respective Navigation Agents, to declare for the purposes of “Acceptance ” of Ships and their “Nomination” in the VAN, if their ships carry “IMO CLASS” Cargo, regardless of whether this cargo is destined for Maputo or Matola or is in transit.
Both ship Masters and their respective Navigation Agents must provide the information required in the “Conditions of Entry”, as well as any other information requested by the Port Authority.
