TIMELINE

2005

DP World acquires the first inland terminal in Germersheim.

2015

DP World takes control over the inland terminals Mannheim and Stuttgart through the acquisition of Ludwig & Jakob Götz GmbH & Co. KG.

DP World acquires Belgian Trilogiport terminal project in Liege.

2018

Liège Container Terminal and terminal Trilogiport merge, and continue together as DP World Liege Container Terminals (LCT).

2019

DP World acquires the inland terminal in Novi Sad, Serbia.

2020

Swissterminal and DP World enter a strategic partnership. The inland network of DP World is extended with three inland terminals in Basel (Birsfelden, Frenkendorf, Kleinhüningen) and one in Zurich (Niederglatt).

2021

Opening of DP World office in Rotterdam.

DP World expands European inland network through Swissterminal tender success to operate three Alsace ports (Ottmarsheim, Huningue and Ile Napoléon).

2024

DP World opens new intermodal terminal in Aiud, Romania.
