GUESS THE DP WORLD FASTEST SPEED
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of countries where DP World operates, who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of DP World, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must comment their guess of the DP World Fastest Speed into DP World’s Instagram story poll box within the 24hr live window of the post. The DP World Fastest Speed guess must be written in the following format: e.g., 80.72km/h (to two decimal points). One entry per person.
Winning participants answers must match the DP World Fastest Speed, as adjudicated by SailGP from the final day of the New Zealand Sail Grand Prix – taking place on Sunday 19th January 2025.
Duration
The competition begins on Thursday 16th January 2025, at 14:00 GST and ends on Friday 17th January 2025, at 14:00 GST / or immediately before when the official fastest speed is announced.
Prizes
One winner, from those that have guessed correctly, will be selected using a random selection generator and in adherence to the contest entry rules. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram / or via email by Friday 24th January 2025. The winner must be following @DPWorld on Instagram to be eligible.
The winner will receive an exclusive SailGP F50 model boat and a DP World x SailGP co-branded merchandise gift pack (contents to be determined by the promoter of the competition). In the event that no one guesses the correct fastest speed, no prize will be given.
Use of Entries
By entering the competition, participants grant DP World a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display their entries in any media.
Privacy
Participants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Disqualification
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, not in the correct format, or contain offensive material will be disqualified.
Liability
DP World is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or failures which prevent entry into the competition.
Governing Law
This competition is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country involved.
Miscellaneous
DP World reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
