After two years you will be ready for your first your first permanent opportunity with DP World.

PROGRAMME OPPORTUNITIES

There is no need to make a decision at the application stage. All you’ll need to specify is which three streams you are interested in. If you successfully make it to the assessment stage we can then discuss your preferences at that point. Please note due to the high demand of certain streams we may need to interview you for a different stream. We will endeavour to accommodate at least one of your preferences.

We are not interested in what you have done but what you can achieve in the future.

This scheme is all about supporting your long term career at DP World. Our only prerequisite is that you have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised higher education establishment within the last three years as well as the right to work in Europe/ UK indefinitely and a valid driver’s license. The engineering and the finance stream do require specific qualifications due to the rigours of the programme. Our selection process will allow us to understand more about you and your potential. If you feel that you are destined for great things and want to be part of the revolution to transform the supply chain sector then this 2 year programme might be for you.
